Former Kidderminster Harriers defender Craig Hinton was a summer 2004 signing by new management team Ian Atkins and Kevan Broadhurst. Hinton began his career as a trainee at Birmingham, but unable to make the breakthrough he moved to nearby Kidderminster in 1998, where he became established as a first team player. Craig was a virtual ever present in the Kidderminster side that clinched promotion to the Football League in 1999/2000 season and has since helped stabilise the club in the Third Division. In total the Centre Back has amassed 214 league appearances for Kiddie, scoring on six occasions.
