Kevan Broadhurst

Kevan Broadhurst joined Rovers during the final months of the 2003/4 campaign. In a managerial partnership with ex-Bristol City boss Russell Osman, Broadhurst was charged with halting the Pirates’ alarming slide towards the Division 3 trap door.

Kevan had previous managerial experience from a 14 month spell as Manager at Northampton, guiding the club to survival in his first year, however following a bad second campaign he was sacked. Broadhurst, has however, rightly taken much credit for the upturn in he fortunes of the Gas towards the end of the 2003/4 season, taking a key role in convincing the likes of Ali Gibb and John Anderson to sign. Kevan’s list of contacts will prove invaluable to new boss Ian Atkins as Rovers strive for success.
