Bristol Rovers to face big test

Last updated : 29 June 2010 By BBC Sport

The Rovers manager told BBC Radio Bristol: "The players will have between two and three hours of testing so that we know exactly where people are with their fitness.

"They've been away with their summer programmes and heart-rate monitors."

Added Trollope: "We'll soon know who has followed the programme and who hasn't.

"To do the tests right at the start gives us a clear indication of fitness levels so we can adjust training as necessary."
