Charlton midfielder Therry Racon (head) is fit after coming off against Swindon while winger Lloyd Sam has shaken off the bug that saw him miss that game.
But defender Kelly Youga (left-back) is still sidelined.
Bristol Rovers manager Paul Trollope told BBC Radio Bristol:
"After two home defeats, we'll be looking to bounce back.
"We're looking at creating more chances. The supply line from wide areas was clearly not good enough at Walsall.
"We need to be creative and we have got to do better."
