Duffy keen on Carlisle move

Bristol Rovers striker Daryl Duffy has revealed he would jump at the chance to rejoin Carlisle. The Scottish forward has been unable to break into the Rovers team following his return from a loan spell with the Cumbrians last season. The 26-year-old is keen to find first-team football and has admitted he would be happy to move on a permanent or short-term basis. "I've not heard anything from Carlisle since I left them towards the end of last season," he told SkySports.com "They look like they have moved on now anyway after signing a few strikers in the summer, but if there was a chance to go back there, either on loan or permanently then that would definitely appeal to me. "I'm not ruling out a move back to Scotland, but at the same time I'm not desperate to leave England," he added.
