Graydon wants players to show their metal

"When I first came in and told those guys that were leaving the club that they weren't going to be retained, I didn't feel it was right to speak with those players staying.

"But they have all been given information about what I expect from them in terms of training and behaviour over the summer, and if they do not adhere to that, then they can fall by the wayside.

"When the season starts I want us to be like a steam train and those that can't stay on it will have to fall off, and by that I mean leaving the club."
