New approach pleases Rovers boss

Trollope said: "In our last seven away games we've played six of the top eight and not done very well. We tried to go back to the sort of counter-attacking style which saw us win four of our first five away matches.

"We conceded possession to Huddersfield in certain areas to sucker them into attacking us in the hope that we could nick the ball and break away very quickly.

"It very nearly worked. Mark Wright nearly scored and Chris Lines hit the post.

"I'm very pleased with a point. We've not had a game in more than three weeks but I thought the team looked very fresh."
