Oram takes over Rovers youth role

Bristol Rovers have appointed Ken Oram as their new Head of Youth. Oram, who joins the club after six and a half years at Cheltenham, will be in charge of the Centre of Excellence and will work alongside youth team coach Jerry Gill. He told the club's official website: "It will be a big wrench to Cheltenham Town because I have had some wonderful times here and learned a great deal. "But this is a chance to move my career on, to move up a division and to work with a larger youth set-up. It's a new challenge for me and one I'm looking forward to." Oram replaces former Centre of Excellence manager Stuart Naughton, who has now left the club.
