Trollope is expected to field an unchanged starting line-up following the Pirates' impressive 2-0 win against Millwall last weekend, a victory which moved them up to fourth in League One.

Goalkeeper Mikkel Andersen and winger Mark Wright impressed in their debuts against the Lions and should get the nod to start once again.

Defender Byron Anthony came through the full 90 minutes against Kenny Jackett's side after recovering from a stiff neck and suffered no reaction to the injury.

Striker Andy Williams is pushing for a start but Trollope is expected to stick with the pairing of Darryl Duffy and Jo Kuffour.

Oldham boss Dave Penney will be without a handful of players.

Striker Deane Smalley, 20, has yet to feature this season due to a back problem and will missing for several weeks.

Penney is already battling a long injury list which also includes Rob Purdie, Joe Jacobsen, Ryan Brooke and Jon Worthington.

Midfielder Purdie is recovering from a stomach injury and defender Jacobson is currently troubled by a hernia.

Both players are edging closer to full fitness but are unlikely to feature, while Brooke and Worthington are nursing knocks and also look set to miss out.

Winger Chris Taylor has been suffering from a pelvic problem but is making steady progress in his recovery and could come into contention.
