Central defender Danny Coles returned to training on Thursday after recovering from a knee injury and is expected to return to the starting line-up.
Fellow defender Byron Anthony jarred his knee in training on Monday but Trollope is hopeful that he will be fit to face Aidy Boothroyd's side.
On-loan goalkeeper Mikkel Andersen has recovered from illness and is likely to be recalled at the expense of Rhys Evans.
But Wayne Brown (ankle) is still receiving treatment at parent club Fulham and will not feature.
