"To come back from 2-0 down, and to do it away from home, is a fantastic result for us," explained Graydon after the final whistle.
A valuable point was rescued thanks to a last minute penalty from Wayne Carlisle, despite the ball bouncing off both posts after Iron 'keeper Tommy Evans got a hand to it.
"We needed that bit of luck when the ball spun in off their goalkeeper," concededed Ray.
"I was not happy that we gave Scunthorpe a two goal start, they caused us too many problems early on with players running in and around the box.
"It looked for a long time like the game was not going to be ours, but the recovery we showed in the second half - that never say die attitude - is something that I want to see in my team."
