Richard Walker has been in talks over a possible transfer to Kidderminster it has emerged today.

The former Blackpool and Aston Villa striker was given permission to talk to the Aggborough club following a dissapointing start to his Rovers career.

Despite playing fourteen games this season he has only managed two goals, and with the emergence of Jamie Forrester and Lee Thorpe as Ian Atkins number one strikeforce in recent weeks, and the form of Junior Agogo and youngster Lewis Haldane, there appears to be no need for Walker in the Rovers squad.

Walker signed for Rovers on a one-year deal in the summer and will be in good company if he makes the move north, former gasheads Pedro Matias and Jon Beswetherick have moved there, as well as loan goalkeeper Ryan Clarke.
